Position: CNA Long Term Care

Duration: 13 Weeks

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Shift: Days | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Package 36 Hours/Week
Gross Pay: $26.90/Hour - $968.40/Week

Pay Breakdown:

W2: $15.50/Hour - $558.00/Week Taxable

Per Diem: $21.00/Hour - $410.40/Week Non-Taxable

Overtime: After 40 Hours

OT Rate: Time and a half of the taxable/W2 amount
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of CNA experience

BLS/BCLS certification required

Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required

Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation in rural Gunnison

Holiday coverage required

Position Details

Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing setting

Day shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

36 hours per week

Overtime after 40 hours

No on-call requirement

13-week assignment
