Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose clients’ mental health conditions by developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize innovative telehealth technology to connect and engage with patients effectively, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary using professional judgment and expertise.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through various formats, including video sessions, audio messages, and interactive tools available on the platform.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with low-acuity adults who require support with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management, and grief counseling. We prioritize maintaining a stable environment for therapists and clients alike by ensuring that only clients with manageable conditions are referred, allowing you to focus on effective care without the complexities of severe mental health cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and digital communication methods is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000, with compensation reflective of your caseload and work commitment.
