Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong clinical skills, demonstrating sound judgment in crisis situations.

• Proficiency with the DSM V diagnostic criteria and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage a calendar effectively for scheduling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have:

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with online counseling platforms such as TheraNest.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and EFT.

• A track record of effectively engaging clients through both in-person and digital means.

• Experience maintaining rigorous documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
