• Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification processes and effective utilization management, assisting clients in navigating their care options.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food while adhering to nutritional guidelines.

This position primarily focuses on serving older adults encountering complex psychological and social challenges due to terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
