Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services by developing and implementing individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population you will serve consists of adults aged 18 and older who face various mental health challenges, preventing them from achieving stability and independence. Your role will involve working with clients who may experience anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological conditions. Utilizing your expertise, you will guide them through their recovery journeys, helping them build resilience and autonomy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure from the state of Arizona is mandatory, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and demonstrate no disciplinary actions on your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, with a reliable internet connection to facilitate virtual sessions.
