Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions through consultations and interviews, considering their individual histories and presenting issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, best practices in therapy, and crisis intervention strategies to provide effective care.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications for client management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
