Work Environment

As a remote counselor, you will conduct your sessions through telehealth, connecting with patients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify the specific needs, strengths, and goals of individuals seeking assistance for addiction issues.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding clients through their recovery using empathetic listening and practical coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
