Site Coordinator Requirements and Skills Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or site coordination experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with customers and production teams. Commitment to workplace safety and company policies. Site Coordinator Job Duties Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the on-site sorting team. Communicate daily production priorities, schedule changes, and work assignments. Monitor workflow to support productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Provide customers with updates on production status, progress, and issues. Document production counts, discrepancies, and operational concerns. Assist with onboarding and training new team members. Support shift start-up activities and daily workflow coordination. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
