This role is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic while serving clients from the comfort of your own home. However, you will also have the option of working within our modern and newly designed outpatient facility located in the Bronx, New York, when in-person interactions are warranted. Our approach utilizes the latest digital technologies to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work collaboratively with couples and individual clients to identify underlying issues and develop tailored therapeutic interventions. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions with clients individually and as couples.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address dynamics that may contribute to mental health challenges.

• Specializing in multiple areas, including but not limited to:\n

  • Alcohol and substance abuse issues.

  • Experiencing and processing grief and loss.
  \n
  • Resolving conflicts among family members, including siblings.
  \n
  • Guiding clients through the complexities of job stress and medical issues.
  \n
  • Helping blended families navigate remarriages and adjustments.
  \n
  • Providing support during separation and divorce, and enhancing communication skills.
  \n

• Developing actionable treatment plans aimed at achieving positive outcomes based on individual client needs.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
