Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans to address these needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Monitor and document client progress towards their treatment goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to best support their journey to wellness.

• Respond to clients in crisis situations, developing actionable safety plans to ensure immediate support and intervention when needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and provide holistic support to clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and prepare reports in accordance with ethical standards and applicable regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at New Rediscovered, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts, helping clients cultivate resilience and navigate life's challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
\n
• At least 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth settings is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• Specialization in specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based modalities, is a plus.

• Previous experience working with marginalized populations or community outreach is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges between $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
