Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals, adapting your approach to suit individual preferences and therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate for various conditions.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of each therapy session, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals to other services as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
