Application Documents Please upload the following items with your application: Copy of Driver License Copy of Social Security Card Copy of Lifetime Driving Record Copy of BLS/CPR card Copy of signed application release form Applicant Release form All required certifications (listed in Minimum Requirements) Essential Job Functions Pasco County Volunteers consist of four volunteer organizations operating under the umbrella of Pasco County Fire Rescue: Land O Lakes Volunteer Fire Department Traveler’s Rest Volunteer Fire Department (must live within this 55+ community) Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department West Pasco Volunteer Fire Department Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass an NFPA 1582 physical Minimum Requirements Valid Driver License Valid BLS/CPR Card Valid Florida Firefighter 1 certification (or ability to obtain as required) Valid 1st Responder, EMT License (or ability to obtain) Location Requirement Must live in Pasco County or in one of the adjacent counties (Hernando, Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Polk).
