Legal Assistant

Apparel company is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their Los Angeles team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with corporate governance, entity formation, and compliance
- Draft/review/revise commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and support regulatory, litigation, and IP matters
- Collaborate with external counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage legal files, company legal entity charts, and internal legal documentation
- Oversee third-party legal invoicing, approvals, and expense tracking
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate required
- Minimum 3-5 years corporate paralegal experience required
- Knowledge of apparel/retail regulations and real estate/lease agreements a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software/tools required
