Work Environment\n

This role will be performed in a remote outpatient setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience while providing essential mental health services. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities to facilitate counseling sessions.

• Maintain detailed clinical records, documenting patient medical and psychological histories, treatment methodologies, and progress notes to ensure compliance and track improvements in client well-being.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding psychosocial stressors, community resources, and coping strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and integration of services for clients experiencing crisis situations.

This position serves a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, substance abuse, and familial challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• At least one year of relevant clinical experience in counseling, particularly with a focus on diverse and underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
