Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to determine individualized treatment plans that align with their mental health needs.

• Facilitate various counseling sessions, including individual therapy, family and marital counseling, as well as group therapy, based on your area of expertise.

• Conduct in-depth mental health screenings to accurately identify treatment needs and offer timely interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment approaches and ensure seamless care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and updates to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with the best practices in therapy methodologies and counseling techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and couples who are navigating mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and licensure.
