Compensation & Benefits Lead Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Lead Manager to support and execute regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global frameworks, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, pay equity, rewards programs, benefits administration, and compliance across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- :Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus administration, pay equity reviews, and salary benchmarkin
- gProvide compensation recommendations using market data and analytic
- sAdminister compensation programs, position evaluations, allowances, and spot award
- sEvaluate and enhance employee benefits program
- sEnsure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and Canadian compensation regulation
- sPartner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on compensation-related initiative
- sSupport global compensation and rewards project

- ld5-7+ years of Compensation & Benefits experien
- ceStrong knowledge of compensation surveys, benchmarking, and pay equi
- tyExpertise in U.S. labor laws (FLSA, EPA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FML
