Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate intimately with clients to establish therapeutic goals and create tailored intervention strategies that align with their personal circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring that clients have access to care in a format that best suits their situation.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes documenting client sessions, treatment plans, and progress towards goals in a timely and professional manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Grand Central Wellness & Psychiatry, you will work with a wide range of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our diverse patient population includes individuals from different cultural backgrounds, necessitating a deep understanding of and sensitivity to their unique experiences and contexts.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing individual and family therapy.

• Demonstrated familiarity with diagnosis, treatment planning, and proficiency in creating detailed progress notes.

• Strong ability to understand and adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and therapeutic alliance.

• Compassionate approach to patient care, exhibiting genuine empathy and support for each client’s journey.

• Proficiency in behavioral therapy modalities and adeptness in managing medical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
