Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to accurately identify their mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain precise clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.

• Collaborate with a robust team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists, to coordinate cohesive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those coping with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic serves both adults and adolescents, ensuring tailored interventions that respect the unique cultural and emotional landscapes of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy and mental health intervention.
