Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health needs, identifying individual strengths and vulnerabilities.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based approaches tailored to the specific contexts of hospice care.

• Employ therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, grief counseling, and motivational interviewing to support clients coping with illness.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and adjusting strategies as necessary based on continuous feedback and progress evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with medical professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to integrate mental health care into comprehensive treatment plans, optimizing client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients and their families during critical moments.

• Advocate for clients' rights and needs, assisting them in navigating healthcare resources, community support programs, and essential resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
