This position offers the comfort and flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to create a conducive environment for both you and your clients. While working from home, you will maintain connection with our supportive team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health care. You will be required to manage your schedule efficiently, ensuring that you are responsive and accessible to your clients during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship conflicts.

• Conduct meticulous assessments that identify client strengths, needs, and areas for improvement, employing standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws to ensure clients' confidentiality and trust.

• Deliver culturally sensitive services respecting the diverse backgrounds of clients, adapting therapy techniques to incorporate clients' cultural contexts and identities.

• Support ongoing professional development by engaging in supervision and training, enhancing your clinical skills while contributing to the team’s collective knowledge.

• Periodically review and update case records to reflect current treatment progress and modifications in client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a variety of client demographics, including children, adults, and seniors who may be experiencing complex emotional difficulties. Your focus will be on individuals dealing with life-limiting illnesses and end-of-life issues, particularly in a hospice setting. By providing targeted interventions and support, you will play an essential role in improving clients’ quality of life, facilitating coping strategies that promote emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited program is essential.

• Possession of an active Tennessee LCSW license, providing you with the ability to practice independently and engage actively with clients.

• Demonstrable experience (minimum of 2 years) in delivering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to providing empathetic, culturally competent care, recognizing the diverse backgrounds of clients and their unique needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
