Job Description As a Business Development Representative, you will play a meaningful role in helping All In One Accounting grow by winning new client relationships and building referral ecosystems that support margin-disciplined, sustainable growth. This is a consultative hunter role focused on acquiring new outsourced accounting and advisory clients. The right person will be energized by building relationships with entrepreneurial and nonprofit leaders, conducting CEO/CFO-level discovery, developing trusted referral partnerships, and helping prospective clients understand how AIOA can move them from financial chaos to business clarity. Success in this role requires strong new-logo sales discipline, financial fluency, CRM/process consistency, and the ability to protect both client fit and delivery readiness. This person will be accountable for building a qualified pipeline, closing new business, and ensuring clean handoffs so that each new client engagement is scoped thoughtfully, aligned to expectations, and positioned for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Drive consistent outbound prospecting and partner development (fractional CFOs, banks, law firms, PE/VC firms, and other referral sources). Conduct CEO/CFO-level discovery and multi-stakeholder selling. Maintain at least 3× qualified pipeline coverage. Ensure clean handoff artifacts (scope, assumptions, data checklist, risks, and timeline) before SOW execution. Maintain strong CRM hygiene and weekly forecast submissions. Collaborate with Finance on collection milestones. Professional Experience/Qualifications 5-8+ years in new-logo business development in professional services Multi-stakeholder selling experience Financial fluency (pricing, value-based selling) Strong CRM/process discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with a dynamic team of seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment Compensation Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 base Upside: $240k - $300k (120% - 150% of OTE) Medical, dental, vision, and a variety of supplemental options including 401K, life insurance, long and short term disability, accident, hospitalization, critical illness, HSA, FSA, and dependent care.
