Responsibilities: • • Convert opportunities into clients by consistently following up, building relationships, and moving prospects through the pipeline. • Host open houses to meet buyers, create connections, and position yourself as the local market expert. • Guide the transaction by serving as the key point of contact between buyer and seller from the first conversation to closing. • Match buyers with the right homes by understanding their goals and presenting properties that fit their needs and budget. Qualifications: • • Must hold an active real estate license. • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and dependable transportation. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with clients. • Open to coaching, works well with others, and performs effectively in a collaborative team environment. Compensation: $135,000+ at plan commission
