Role Description: As an Account Associate for Russel Williams - State Farm Agent, you help drive the agency’s success by providing essential post-sale support. You’ll manage administrative tasks, communicate with clients, coordinate with underwriting, and ensure all necessary documentation and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Follow up on applications, missing documents, and required signatures. Coordinate with underwriting to resolve pending issues and expedite policy issuance. Set and confirm appointments for agents and clients. Maintain accurate client records and policy data. Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes and status updates. Support the sales team with other administrative and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in insurance or a related field is a plus.
