Work Environment

As a full-time physical therapist at our onsite rehabilitation facility, you will work in a dynamic and team-oriented atmosphere from Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate patient care in both acute and outpatient settings, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.

• Implement tailored treatment programs for assigned patients, as devised by the lead physical therapist, ensuring that each intervention is aligned with the patient's specific rehabilitation goals.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including thorough reviews of medical history, detailed assessments, and documentation of findings to facilitate evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide meticulous discharge planning, ensuring patients understand follow-up care requirements, while documenting the patient's progress and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly.

• Participate in ongoing professional training and actively maintain compliance with all relevant state, local, and federal regulations and guidelines.

• Cultivate open lines of communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and family members to foster an inclusive environment and address any questions or concerns directly.

• Engage in team meetings and contribute input and innovative ideas that enhance patient care and clinic operations, as requested by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Right Form Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of patients, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries. This includes post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. Our goal is to support patients as they regain mobility, strength, and confidence, using a personalized approach that addresses their unique needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association must be obtained prior to employment.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is expected. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings and those familiar with the latest rehabilitation techniques and technologies.
