Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive technologies, to promote rehabilitation and enhance functional mobility.
• Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously to track improvements and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and proper use of assistive devices to support their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient rehabilitation, sharing insights and developing comprehensive care strategies.
• Stay engaged with professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide array of conditions stemming from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases. Our clients range from pediatric to geriatric patients, necessitating an adaptable approach in treatment methodologies tailored to each individual's unique circumstances and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Proficiency in technology, with the ability to utilize electronic health record systems for patient documentation.
• A flexible and agile approach to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
