Business Development Assistant - NY

The Ford Agency is seeking a Business Development Assistant to join a busy corporate business development team at the New York office of a prestigious DC law firm. This individual will assist with drafting client materials including pitches, presentations, legal directory submissions, and other marketing materials. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a solid foundation in marketing or business development who is looking to make the transition to a professional law firm environment. Responsibilities Include: Draft and prepare marketing materials and presentations for client meetings Assist with the submissions process to legal directories including Chambers and The Legal 500 Assist with event logistics for conferences, seminars, and other meetings Communicate with attorneys to stay up to date on their work Track and record business development efforts in the CRM Assist with other business development projects Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications 1+ years of relevant experience (internships or work experience) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Professional communication skills Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and CRM systems Compensation: $56,000 - $62,000 annually Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ford Agency
