Marketing Specialist

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing; B2B or industrial product marketing experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management, content planning, and basic data analysis.
- Fluent in both Turkish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong planning, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Experience in machinery, automotive, or heavy equipment industries is a strong advantage. 1. Brand Promotion & Marketing Strategy
- Execute localized brand promotion strategies to increase visibility in the Turkish market.
- Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans covering both online and offline channels.
- Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and local distributors to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Organize and support dealer/customer events, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Coordinate marketing campaign execution to enhance customer engagement and support sales activities.
- Assist in planning, logistics coordination, and post-event performance tracking.
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create localized digital content, including social media posts, email marketing materials, and product promotions.
- Support the development and adaptation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and case studies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and local distributors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide marketing support tools and communication materials to distributors.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance and prepare reports with optimization recommendations.
