Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Account Strategy is responsible for developing and executing omnichannel advertising campaigns that align with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s solutions. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery. The manager leads client onboarding, resolves integration challenges, and builds strategic business plans. Additionally, this position mentors team members, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and upholds company values while driving revenue growth and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
About the team:
The Account Strategy team develops and executes comprehensive media strategies aligned with client marketing objectives. Collaborating with internal partners and external agencies, the team optimizes campaign performance through data analysis and customer insights. Members lead campaign setup, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth. Emphasizing continuous learning and innovation, the team leverages forecasting tools and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective campaign delivery. This team plays a vital role in advancing Walmart Connect’s omnichannel advertising success while upholding high standards of integrity and compliance.
What you'll do:

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns across managed and self-service platforms aligned with client marketing goals.
• Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and optimization to meet key performance indicators.
• Apply media metrics and data analysis to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes across advertising technology platforms.
• Build joint business plans using forecasting tools and customer insights.
• Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
• Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights for optimization and growth.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing goals.
• Strong proficiency in media strategy, campaign management, and advertising strategy to optimize performance and meet KPIs.
• Ability to analyze data using digital metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR to drive actionable insights and campaign improvements.
• Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaign success and alignment with brand messaging.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring team members and managing client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
