Key Responsibilities

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate residents and family members on effective home exercise programs and strategies that promote ongoing physical health and wellness.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and uphold the highest professional standards in physical therapy practice.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
