The Office Administrator will support a small team of 1-5 people, reporting directly to the business owner. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations through effective scheduling, correspondence management, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience with traditional office software and strong organizational skills, providing reliable customer support and administrative assistance with no travel requirements. We are looking for a self motivated person to a part of a fast pace team within a growing business.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone communications
• Organize document filing and maintain accurate records
• Oversee office supplies and inventory management
• Perform reception duties and greet visitors
• Input data accurately into various systems
• Provide customer support and address inquiries effectively

 

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in office management and scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office administration
