You'll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.**Schedule:** **Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (8-hour shift)**## **Responsibilities:*** Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials* Support and grow a capable, engaged team* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors* Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs* Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep things running efficiently* Promote a safety-conscious work environment* Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities## **Qualifications:*** Experience leading teams in sales and operations* Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions* A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style* A track record of building team trust and consistency* Clear, calm problem-solving—even when things move fast* Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution* Insight into the local market and what matters to your customersAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
