Employment Coordinator – OnsiteThe Employment Coordinator supports the client's new-hire onboarding program, delivering a seamless, compliant, and positive experience for candidates and employees. This role manages time-sensitive onboarding activities, including I-9 and E-Verify processing, orientation coordination, pre-employment requirements, and employee data maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Execute daily onboarding operations and support new hires, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.Complete I-9 verification, E-Verify, and other pre-employment requirements accurately and on time.Coordinate new-hire orientation, first-week logistics, and onboarding timelines.Maintain accurate employee records and strong data integrity across HR systems.Resolve onboarding issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.Track onboarding data, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Required Qualifications:2+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a related field.Strong organizational, customer service, multitasking, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Strong attention to detail and knowledge of onboarding compliance requirements.Required Technology:Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookWorkdayEMP TrustServiceNowSlackBoxZoomAdobe
