Jr Recruiter

In this position, you would be responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting Technology, Marketing, Accounting and Finance professionals. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-performing professionals both in response to our current openings and on a proactive basis.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of current recruiting experience to include sourcing, agency recruiting preferred.
• Superior phone skills and interviewing/people skills
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality service to customers and candidates by matching skills to customer needs.
• Thorough understanding of social media recruitment, direct sourcing and search strategies.
• Possess a desire for success; have a competitive spirit, a professional manner, great listening skills as well as excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently, with a team, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
