This leader will drive cross-functional alignment, optimize product development processes, improve planning and governance, and enable product teams to operate efficiently at scale.The ideal candidate will bring a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership to help scale how Availity’s product organization operates. This person will have the opportunity to shape planning, prioritization, governance, and execution across a complex healthcare technology environment—driving clarity, speed, and alignment at scale. The strongest candidates will thrive in ambiguity, influence at the executive level, use data to improve decision-making, and build operating models that help teams deliver better product outcomes for the market.**Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position.****Location:** Remote, US**Why you want to work on this team:*** Passionate about shaping how product organizations operate, scale, prioritize, and execute, which provides broad influence across the business.* Enjoys using data, process discipline, and stakeholder management to unlock better outcomes.* If you are seeking mission driven work that is tied to real healthcare outcomes.**To be qualified for this position you have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.* 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or related functions.* 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.* Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices.* Proven experience implementing operational processes and scaling cross-functional organizations.* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools.* Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.* Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.* Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or digital product organizations.* Familiarity with OKRs, product analytics, and customer feedback systems.* Experience leading organizational change initiatives or PMO transformations.* Strong financial, forecasting, and resource planning capabilities.**You will set yourself apart with:*** Healthcare Technology and/or Technology experience* Proven track record in influencing decisions, surface risks, and driving alignment across competing priorities* Ability to scale in a high-growth environment**What you will be doing:*** Developing and leading the Product Operations function to support product strategy, planning, execution, and measurement.* Establishing scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.* Driving product portfolio planning, roadmap governance, prioritization frameworks, and quarterly business reviews.* Building reporting systems and dashboards to track product performance, delivery metrics, customer outcomes, and operational KPIs.* Partnering with Product leadership to improve decision-making through data analysis, insights, and business intelligence.* Optimizing product development lifecycle processes including intake, prioritization, release management, and post-launch reviews.* Leading tooling and systems strategy for product management platforms, workflows, and documentation standards.* Facilitating cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure organizational transparency and execution consistency.* Identifying operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives across teams.* Supporting strategic initiatives including organizational scaling, change management, and process transformation.* Managing and mentoring Product Operations team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.**Availity culture and benefits:*** Availity is a certified “Great Place to Work”!
