Registered Nurse - LTC Location: Baltimore, MD Facility: Levindale Hospital, Hall 2 Schedule: Full-time Night Shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) Pay: $34.33–$53.21/hour (Experience based) Job Summary Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and serves as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as part of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment, gathers data relevant to patients’ and families’ individual needs, develops and documents a plan of care, implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the care plan, and evaluates and documents outcomes of nursing practice. Requirements Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college). Knowledge of a specialized field. American Heart Association CPR Card. Maryland Registered Nurse License. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner, SynQuest Standard. Medical terminology knowledge. Proficiency in nursing process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act. Critical thinking skills. Knowledge of medical equipment. Less than one year of experience.
