Lead Generation Specialist

Every deal starts with a name on a list — and the best lead generation specialists are the ones who know how to build the right list. At NoGigiddy, we're looking for a sharp, methodical Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and qualify potential business partners, clients, and collaboration opportunities. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build pipeline that actually converts. This is a research-heavy, strategy-driven role that rewards curiosity and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective leads across target industries using LinkedIn, databases, and web research
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists with contact information, company details, and qualification notes
• Verify lead contact information for accuracy before handoff to the outreach team
• Qualify leads against defined ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria
• Enrich lead data with relevant context — company size, recent news, relevant signals
• Maintain CRM records with clean, organized, up-to-date information
• Report on lead volume, quality metrics, and list health on a weekly basis

Requirements

• No degree required
• No prior sales or lead gen experience needed — curiosity and process-orientation matter more
• Strong internet research skills — you know how to find what isn't easy to find
• Detail-oriented with a high bar for data accuracy
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting tools — or ready to learn
• Organized and systematic — you build processes, not just lists
• Reliable internet and a focused, distraction-free workspace
