What’s In It For You: Competitive hourly pay $5 - $8/Hour USD (Varies by client and experience level) Full-time (40 - 45 hrs/week, some weekends included) Client-specific benefits may be included depending on placement Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to support our clients by identifying, researching, and qualifying new business leads. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth by sourcing accurate contact information, compiling lead lists, and performing outreach using provided tools and scripts. You’ll also support light administrative tasks and data organization to ensure efficient lead tracking and follow-up. This is a remote role best suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Research and extract potential leads from a variety of platforms, databases, and online resources Utilize web research techniques to gather contact information and verify lead details Conduct outreach to prospects via phone and email using pre-written scripts to book qualified appointments Enter, update, and organize lead data accurately in spreadsheets and tracking systems Be tech‑savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools or software platforms Provide basic administrative support to streamline lead generation and follow-up efforts Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as needed to support lead generation and business development operations Why Work With Yellowstone Local: 100% remote role with flexible scheduling (depending on client needs) Work with respected brands in the skilled trades industry Training and support are provided by both Yellowstone Local and the client Long‑term growth opportunities are available based on performance What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in U.S.-based B2C and/or B2B lead generation and appointment setting Familiarity with industries such as real estate, construction, or home services is a plus Solid background in lead research, prospecting, and outreach strategies Comfortable and confident making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects Highly detail-oriented with strong skills in data research, organization, and tracking Able to manage light administrative tasks, perform timely follow‑ups, and maintain consistent outreach efforts Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data entry and reporting Experience with lead enrichment tools such as Clay.com, BenVerified, or SkipTracing is preferred Familiarity with VoIP systems like JustCall or similar platforms (access may be provided by the client) Must have a reliable work-from-home setup with a contingency plan for power or internet outages Willingness to work during U.S. business hours and occasional weekends, if required #J-18808-Ljbffr
