Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while engaging with colleagues and patients in a supportive virtual environment. Our team operates in an outpatient setting where flexibility is essential to meet the varying needs of our patients. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient sessions and team collaborations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify each patient's needs and develop appropriate, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate dynamic psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and help address common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic care and coordination of treatment.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to patients during critical moments, providing essential emotional and psychological support.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health concerns and assist in connecting them with additional community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods.

• Proven capability in conducting detailed mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy for a broad spectrum of populations.
