Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health and relational needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that set achievable objectives.

• Employ family systems theory and other systemic interventions to effectively navigate complex relational dynamics and enhance communication among family members.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families during challenging situations.

• Maintain and manage meticulous and confidential documentation, including client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients on communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and coping mechanisms to support their emotional and relational health.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to create a cohesive treatment approach that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

• Stay informed about advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including adults, couples, and child/adolescent populations. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this role is USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
