Chef de Partie

White Oak is downtown Atlanta's destination for elevated Southern-inspired dining, part of the Brewed To Serve Restaurant Group family alongside Bold Monk Brewing Co. and Max Lager's Wood-Fired Grill & Brewery. Our kitchen blends refined technique with warm hospitality — think upscale-casual polish with the discipline of a country club or fine-dining kitchen behind it.

We're looking for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in consistency, precision, and craft, and who wants to grow within a serious culinary program.

• Execute assigned stations with speed, precision, consistency, and urgency
• Maintain mise en place standards and ensure station readiness before every shift
• Uphold rigorous food safety, sanitation, and organization standards (ServSafe-level practices)
• Communicate clearly with the pass, expo, and fellow cooks to keep tickets moving smoothly
• Assist with prep, inventory rotation (FIFO), and proper storage/labeling
• Support banquet and private event execution alongside à la carte service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional kitchen environment at all times

• 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie (or line cook) in an upscale casual, country club, or fine-dining kitchen (required)
• Strong knife skills and command of classic culinary techniques
• Proven ability to work clean and organized under high-volume service pressure
• Experience with scratch cooking, sauces, and precision plating
• A team-first attitude with strong communication and a calm demeanor under pressure
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Handler / ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience supporting private events or banquet service is a plus

• $18–$23/hour based on experience
