As an Unarmed Security Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and associates. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related needs with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.35 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 07:00 PMTue10:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures. Monitor access points and observe customer and visitor activity to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns. Document incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
