Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and their families.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing techniques that promote engagement and motivation.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and educators to ensure continuity of care and support student mental health within the school environment.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by clients, leading to appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves students within a school setting, focusing on their mental health needs, emotional well-being, and developmental challenges. You will work collaboratively with school staff to support at-risk youth and provide therapeutic interventions for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience, enhancing coping strategies, and supporting academic success among students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid California LCSW license.

• At least three years of direct clinical experience providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
