Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $18–$22/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team-focused property management company in Fort Myers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong AR or accounting background who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a professional organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post cash receipts and process daily deposits (electronic and manual)
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and files
• Create invoices, statements, and supporting documentation for residents/owners
• Monitor past-due accounts and assist with collections efforts via phone and email
• Research and respond to account inquiries and billing questions
• Assist with resolving discrepancies and account history questions
• Prepare periodic financial and AR reports
• Support general accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable required
• Strong understanding of AR processes and billing procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
