Responsibilities

- Strong attention to detail
- Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets ensuring all documents are completed accurately
-Process paperwork in a timely manner
- Reconcile schedules
- Ability to post journal entries
- Post new, used, and wholesale deals to accounting books
- Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required
- Knowledge of Excel
- General Accounting knowledge
- Automotive title & tag experience preferred
- Automotive accounting or Ignite (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience preferred

Qualifications

- Must have at least one (1) year of recent automotive office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including word and excel Reynolds and Reynolds DMS helpful
