Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms to deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that enable the development of tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in managing their mental health concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention and make appropriate referrals for additional support services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation using our electronic health records system, ensuring that all client interactions are properly recorded and accessible.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and support staff, to ensure clients receive holistic care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Qualifications\n
