Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, ensuring tailored treatment plans are created for each individual.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques—adapted to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and provide continuous support to help them achieve these objectives.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families, who may present with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in removing barriers to care and delivering high-quality service to clients across Hampton, Virginia, and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; you must be able to build rapport and establish a solid therapeutic connection with clients remotely.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards clients’ challenges, with a commitment to facilitating their growth and healing.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate client records.
