• Valid Texas Special Education Teacher Certification required
• Experience or strong interest in inclusion-based instruction
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
• Provide direct instruction and tailored support within inclusion classrooms across grades K-8
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school guidelines
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student goals, achievements, and challenges
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative school culture

This contract position starts as soon as possible and continues through May 21, 2027, offering stability for those seeking a longer-term assignment. The schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $32 to $38 per hour, with weekly pay provided.
