We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef that is willing to train and develop into a Kitchen Manager position to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional food quality, maintain high standards of safety and sanitation, and foster a positive, efficient work environment. Your leadership will drive the success of our food service offerings, from fine dining to catering events, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to make a significant impact within a vibrant hospitality setting.

• Support and assist in the preparation and design of all food orders.
• Maintain the highest standards of brand, local health, safety, and food preparation hygiene
• Support the team in consistent execution of all systems and processes to consistently deliver all products and services to brand
• Support senior management in building a highly functional hourly team who share a common vision and values surrounding the overall success of the

• Fill in for the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Possess a self-motivated approach to his/her own personal and professional growth.
