The Company LLM Orchestration Layer – the foundational infrastructure for building production-grade AI applications. Series A | $30M raised – backed by Greylock & Databricks Ventures. One of the most famous open-source projects worldwide – 50K+ GitHub stars, 4M monthly users. Market leader in their category – Shell, BP, and JPMC already deploying the platform. The Leadership & Culture VP of Sales scaled a startup from $50K to $50M ARR – one of the elite sales leaders in AI infrastructure. CEO is an ex-Uber AI researcher – 300K+ LinkedIn followers, recognised thought leader in the LLM space. Low-ego, build-first culture – move fast, stay curious, be passionate. Hybrid from SF HQ. The Role Founding Product Marketing Manager – first PMM hire, full ownership from day one. $200,000 – $250,000 OTE. Own messaging & positioning, ICP storytelling, product & feature launches. Drive sales enablement, partner enablement, and developer community enablement. Process Intro call with Hiring Manager. Take-home assignment – present to Hiring Manager + team.
