Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs and objectives of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Craft tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address individual client challenges.

• Lead individual counseling sessions, utilizing motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches to foster client engagement and progress.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering a supportive environment for shared experiences and communal healing among individuals in recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support in emergency situations involving substance-related issues, ensuring immediate assistance and care.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction, recovery tools, and available community resources to enhance their support networks.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient interactions while adhering to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population, primarily adults struggling with substance use disorders. You will work with individuals at various stages of their recovery journey, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs. Your expertise will guide clients in overcoming the personal challenges associated with addiction, fostering resilience and promoting healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Comprehensive knowledge of substance use disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and a recovery-oriented approach.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment, demonstrating efficacy in facilitating recovery.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner.

• Strong adherence to professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality and boundaries while providing care.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other relevant software applications to manage patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive bonus structure. Additional benefits include:
